Thank You for VisitingCurrent Availability
Thank you for visiting my page. I am currently an MFT Trainee awaiting the issuance of my Associate MFT registration number before I can continue providing therapy under the supervision of a licensed clinician at a new practice. Because this process depends on state processing times, there may be a delay before I am able to begin seeing clients again. I look forward to updating this page with my new practice information as soon as I am able. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and consideration!
My Work Experience
In the Field
- Pepperdine University Community Counseling Center, Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee-
My therapeutic approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Narrative Therapy, tailoring interventions to each client's unique needs and goals.
I have experience working with individual adults, couples, and children, and have facilitated weekly therapeutic groups at Carnegie Shelter for individuals experiencing homelessness and recovering from substance use disorders (SUD) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
I have primarily provided in-person therapy while offering virtual sessions when clinically appropriate. All documentation and client communication had been managed through the HIPAA-compliant SimplePractice platform.
